Hi and welcome! I am not sure what anyone is going to be able to do with this. Its pretty blurry and we can’t even make out what is in the frame.

Short of using a bot (and have done so on an image of my boy (cat) and was gobsmacked, don’t there there’s any conventional way of deblur something like this. For the curious, below’s the thread I started and received a lot of responses. Finally found a site (unblurimage.ai) and like I said, was gobsmacked.
