Use ISO, shutter speed and iris EXIF data to automatically adjust exposure in timelapse

I made an error when I set up a 3000 image timelapse. I set up my camera in full auto… Which meant that the images had fairly inconsistent exposure levels, image to image.
Would it be possible to change the exposure of all 3000 raw photos based on the ISO, shutter speed and iris EXIF data using darktable or any other tool?

Or should I just settle for a flickering timelapse video?
