User error running RT 5.9 Appimage

This is my first attempt to use RawTherapee - the 5.9 AppImage downloaded from RawTherapee - RawTherapee v5.9.

What have I failed to install here?

I get the same error messages running the AppImage on Linux Mint 21.1. However, the program does start and I haven’t noticed any problems using it.

The whole point of an AppImage is that it should contain everything the program requires in order to function. It shouldn’t need anything else to be installed on your system.
