So I’ve edited this picture today, RAW here: S7_04038.ARW (46.8 MB) and PP3 here S7_04038.ARW.pp3 (12.2 KB) and I got these odd colours. Below is a screenshot of what Rawtherapee 5.8 regular release, looks like and it’s different…
What am I doing wrong? I don’t usually get that HUGE of a difference in output.

Cannot reproduce using your pp3.
Jpg viewed in RT and an image viewer are identical , and identical with preview except very small differences as it is expected.
You should not get any difference in output. What program are you using to view your exported JPEG? The first thing that comes to mind is that this program is not properly color managed and misinterprets the colors of your image.
I am not sure what it was …but for what it’s worth I’m not getting the issue any more.
I suspect, that it may have been an issue with the auto-white balance somehow.
