@OK1 … I would not call “irrelevant information” the sort of abuse that has been described in this thread. If someone is a bully or a toxic personality online that is likely to be a reflection of his/her in-person character; as such, it is highly relevant to a prospective employer. It behooves us all, whether or not we use our real names, to keep our conduct in person and on line to be in conformity with what is generally deemed reasonable: the golden rule, if you will.
