Scholars in psychology seems to attribute how we read images to the direction we read texts within our culture.
(So there is no universal image language …)
Did my best to isolate the subject from the background. Still needs some additional tlc (and I bet a bot can do so, but won’t use one here).

My try. Giving it a Bokeh effect to bring forward the flower. Not the best output. Could have improved the blurring of the surroundings near the base
