I don’t know if it is alright to ask this but I am trying to simulate the way a picture of winnie the poo was colored in by an artist and apply it to a flying unicorn.
In the pciture below the texture of the color is not sharp, it is not flat or cartoonish but kind of fuzzy or hazy or dreamy.
I have tried various brush styles, hardness, pressure and even applied various blurr effects to try to simulate the effect but it has all been to no avail.
I am wondering if the texture or brush effect can be duplicated or whether it is the artist’s talent that enabled them to color bear in that manner.
Can anyone share some insight into how the efftec might have been produced?
