Where can I change the shortcut global setting Fine/Coarse?

https://www.darktable.org/usermanual/en/preferences-settings/shortcuts/
The manual says " you can modify the coarseness of the increase/decrease operations with a global keyboard shortcut". But where can I find this option? I looked in the DT preferences/Shortcuts/Global and cant see any such option.

What I want to do is to use the “E” shortcut in dynamic mode to allow the mouse scroll wheel to increase/decrease exposure. The default setting changes exposure by .02 which is too low for me.

In many modules, Shift means increased change, Ctrl means finer control. Maybe there’s a setting for that, but I’ve never tried.

It’s actually in preferences > shortcuts > views > darkroom > change keyboard shortcut slider precision. This will be clarified for the next edition of the manual.
