You can build it yourself from the github repository. Some Linux distributions (e.g. ArchLInux) provide a package that installs the github master (development) version of the software. Or if you’re on Windows, you could download one of the “windows insider” builds from the various posts on pixls (see, for example darktable windows insider program 11/27)
