Which is the correct usres manual for darktable 3.4

I have two different pdf users manual for darktable 3.4 and want to know which is the correct one. Below are 2 sites they come from:

Site 1 https://www.darktable.org/usermanual/en/darktable_user_manual.pdf
Site 2 resources | darktable (This pdf.manual is the one you download from the darktable Resources tab)

The reason I ask is that they are slightly different, but what I find is that although most of the modules are the same, there are differences between the 2.

E.G From Site 2 Deniose - non local means Page 106, Denosie - bilateral Page 122 and Equalizer Page 176, do not appear in the manual from Site 1

From Site 1 which seems to match the online manual, Astrophoto denoise, Basic Adjustments, Color Calibration, Contrast Equalizer and Surface Blur do not appear in the manual from Site 2

Can someone explain? Am I misunderstanding something?

It is explained in the first part of the 3.4 blog post: darktable 3.4: Encore! | darktable

TL;DR: Both are correct, the latter will stop being updated after 3.4
