Been a while.
Here’s a contre-jour I took yesterday with a Nikon D750 + nikkor AF 50mm f/1.4, typically not an excellent performer when shot against the light.

Let me know how you deal with this. I’m finding it hard to achieve nice hues in the sky, without overdoing it, from a saturation perspective.

I was afraid I was overdoing the foreground, but based on what you say you want, I suppose I didn’t go far enough.

You should have taken the iPhone shot with your Nikon.
