I’ve used RT for a while back when i had Windows 7. I got a Dell Precision 390 and installed RT and all I get is the black CMD box. No errors, no nothing. I’ve tried running it as an admin and in compatibility mode.
Any suggestions?

Why all the problems are with Winten?
Disabling the SmartScreen feature made my Winten laptop usable. It often blocked things behind my back and it is not a friend of open source, beta, alpha, home made and similar programs.
I read another thread about Windows 10 and one suggestion was to disable the floppy. I did that and it worked.
But it was not usable on this machine. I will get a newer PC in the future.
I don’t do photography for money so it will have to wait.

Hah, do you live in Hollywood? I am actually there a few times a year when visiting family (further north in Broward county).
