Yet another laptop recommendation

I guess my question is similar to what others asked but I think my request has some twist the other discussions did not resolve.
I am looking for a laptop with the following features:

  • small, max 14‘‘, light
  • Ideally available used, not expensive
  • Very good color accurate FHD (atleast) display
  • Running Linux
  • 16 GB ram, 500 gb ssd
  • Decent cpu, ideally some NVIDIA gpu (for resolve)
  • Repairable

I think for the most part an old Lenovo t480 would be okay, but I have doubts about the display quality. So, if you have recommendations, please let me know.

<14" with a GPU is going to limit choice a lot, no?

I have the 13" framework and I like it a lot. It runs darktable well. It is certainly repairable.

Agree. But I saw on some YouTube reviews that the color accuracy for framework laptops out of the box was not very good. And since calibration is not an option at the moment this is a bit of an issue. Also, for roughly 1200 Euro I would get a used M1 Max MacBook Pro which has a super screen and fills all the other boxes except Linux. Just thinking loud. My goal is not finally defined.

Costco had an Acer 14in 1tb with Intel igpu for $450 during Black Friday. The display is nice and it uses USBc as a charger (no need of special cords when traveling). I bought it as a couch laptop. I’m going to dual boot Fedora KDE when I get some free time.

It can run linux tho.
