Is there any way to do custom text animations and motion blur in Natron? If yes, how to do it? How to add motion blur.

I don’t know Natron. I can recommend GIMP which has many filters including “Wind”

It won’t accomplish the same thing. Natron is a compositor for motion graphics.
Natron is a compositor for VFX, not motion graphics (it’s a difference).
