Chatbots are still pretty useless things, they’re just getting more ubiquitous and any percieved increase in utility due to recent chatbot technological improvements is completely imagined. Chatbots hallucinate 100% of the time and they don’t care. Meta just added an AI button to the facebook app, and THE BOT LIES ABOUT BEING ABLE TO DISABLE THE BOT, and happily presents the user with two ficticious methods of disabling Meta AI.
