Any timeframe to stabilize buggy 5.0.0 ?

Mint 22, 32 GB RAM, lot of disk space. See the inxi output in GitHub.

Your issue was hijacked by other conversations.

You still cannot produce a crash when your use darktable -d common? It’s hard to fix a problem without the log.

I see Lua and gphoto in the backtrace, do you have Lua scripts in your system?

Currently looks like one other user (on a different OS) experiencing something that might be the same issue. Unless people can come up with a common way to reproduce it there’s not much hope, and I’d guess developers aren’t experiencing it or they would have fixed it by now. I can only suggest that other people who have this issue contribute by providing as much information as possible (including logs) to the linked github issue.

Hi there, I am the “hijacker”, sorry for that, I tried afterwards (after creating a separate issue) to keep the issue on track and about OP’s initial statement. I have experienced the same issue than OP, was not able to reproduce it a second time following the guidance in the latest comment on the thread.
