Can't find the G'MIC filter

I go to the filter tab and in all the YouTube videos I watch, G’MIC is right at the bottom, it isn’t there for me. Can anyone help?

I assume you mean the filter menu in gimp… Have you installed the gimp gmic plugin? What OS are you on?
