Colorshift from RawTherapee to Photoshop 21

Looks like I won’t get it anyway. The problem is old, but there are no solutions, for several years now.
Sorry for bringing up the topic.

I think you will find that its this BPC issue… RT can’t show it and photoshop uses it… try and export using this profile and turn off BPC… does it help??

sRGB_v4_ICC_preference.icc

a turning off a black point compensation one in settings of rt and in output module can’t help. A problem isn’t in output one, but working space module one, as I watch that image. It isn’t visually changed when I change that settings in color tab (working space > change from any profile to any). Even if the picture is very colorful. In the prophoto workspace, it is completely visible without clipping and shades are visible even in very saturated tones. We change the workspace to srgb, and the colors do not collapse.

I have already switched to ART -a fork of rt. There are no problems with this point. Colors when switching to the srgb workspace are narrowed, as in Adobe Camera Raw, as in dxo photolab. I’m studying the “dpi” program (in parallel). Rawtherapee is everything to me - I’m exhausted with this program. I received problems from a customer when I gave him 350 photos the day before yesterday. For me, whether it is free or paid makes no difference at all. The result is important to me, and not that it costs 1 dollar, free, or two. Sorry - honestly. No hard feelings on my part.

Sorry these color things can be frustrating. I don’t have photoshop to exactly mimic your issues but I do suspect that it might handle “working space” a bit differently than RT. For sure there are preview nuances between software. Again frustrating

Everything is simple here. What I see in photoshop (acr/lightroom), I see in any other program that supports cms. ! but not in rt.
