after once installing the ultimate mode by typing
powercfg -duplicatescheme e9a42b02-d5df-448d-aa00-03f14749eb61
in console with admin rights, you can check the ID of this scheme by typing: powercfg /L
On my machine i get this:

the last one is the ID you need for the batch file as follows, (pls adapt path and ID to your machine):
