In darktable, bauhaus slider input deals with that one-handed for every input range!

Anyway - I agree with Aurellien although It imo needs a bit of touch here and there. I just needed to have it explained to me.
Honestly, I am ambivalent. I am more interested in what the changes do to the actual image than the fancy colours.
From a usability point of view, if you need to explain the slider with a tool tip because it could be confusing otherwise, that is a red flag; so if I had to choose between black body and emulation, I would choose the latter.
