Can’t help with “is there a way i can download the image as it appears in the light table?”.
There is a process called “histogram equalization” - and it occurred to me that making the raw histogram look like the OOC jpeg histogram should work to an extent.
By “equalize” in this case, I mean to stretch the raw histogram horizontally so they look about the same.

Stretching can be done with levels, curves or exposure adjustments.
Unadjusted JPEG at left, stretched raw at right. I prefer the stretched raw … anybody else?
