This is Adobe’s sRGB profile. Perhaps you could extract it from a sample file or Adobe Digital Negative Converter.

just got my prints from the laboratory (Aldi, Germany, very cheap: € 0,48 for a 20x30 cm, I am very satisfied): I can’t see any difference between having a color profile embedded in the Jpeg and not having one (although the lab strongly recommended not to embed a color profile). I guess, as long as it is a standardized sRGB profile, it obviously doesn’t matter.
