After correcting the main dynamics of the image, I used contrast equalizer to add in a little local contrast.

So a selective color play. But I chose to allow color into the foliage across the street. .Added a slight cast and grain. Not sure about those.

…I had to try it again. It is getting better, but I am still not achieving the same “glow” as some of you. In particular the brightest part of the sky is not really so golden as in some of your examples. Furthermore, I wanted the building to get a bit more orange and keep the street more gray or darker. I will have to come back, but for today, I will stop.
