Krita crashes in 32 bits float with some tools

I’m trying to replace Photoshop for the painting part of my photo retouch (mostly dodging and burning) for which darktable is not wired. The best candidate for that seems to be Krita which has a very nice set of brushes and can deal with 32 bits linear floating point files and OCIO colour management.

Unfortunately, using 32 bits float, some tools make it crash with no warning: lift gamma gain and smart patch tool. Does anyone know if they are supported in 32 bits mode ?

Also, do you know where Krita devs hang out ? Their dev page is 404 : https://krita.org/get-involved/developers/. I might join that ship too.

Developers hang out in #krita at freenode IRC. They’re active mostly in 0900 EST. Bugs that can be found in Krita can be reported in bugs.kde.org.

Here’s the actual dev page - Introduction to Hacking Krita — Krita Manual 4.4.0 documentation . For contribution, you need to know C++, and QT.
