Are you able to reproduce with a debug build? I don’t see anything suspicious in ImageArea::subscriber().

Debug build working normally. It’s comically slow, but functions ok.

good news, I restarted my M4 earlier and it worked just fine, no crashes at all.
I just didn’t understand why fixed just because a restart. I’ve been using RT-5.11 since Dec/24. can anyone explain it, please?

Can’t really explain it until we know what caused the crash. Crashes that come and go under the same conditions can be due to invalid data being used (a bug in the code causes the program to look for data at the wrong location). Sometimes that data is harmless. Other times it can cause a crash. The data can change due to a variety of reasons, including restarts.

Darwin cryptexes get refreshed at boot. If there was a corruption in the executable’s cryptex chain, it could have been upset by an upgrade but resolved by the reboot that causes reconfiguration.
