New to Gimp…how to make a page like it’s turning/flip in the lower right corner??

The old page-curl plugin is still there in Gimp 2.10 - just not in the menu structure.
Make a selection to constrain the effect.
Use the /? key to bring up the search tool, type in (say) curl and that lets you open the page curl dialogue. Choose the options you want and OK.
It can be done by hand using the path tool and selections.
Long time since I last did this,
First 40 seconds is the old plugin, the other 3 minutes is “by-hand”
