WRT display differences, I was struggling with that this morning until I identified a bad profile used by rawproc. I went through all my viewing software and insured all were using the same good profile, and all became well again. Also check settings; one software may be doing blackpoint compensation in the display transform and the others aren’t .
I think it’s good to have one viewer that isn’t color-managed, that just blats the file data to the screen. Whatever that does, you can use it as a sort of baseline to figure out who’s doing what in the color transforms.
