Lense is a SMC Pentax-M 28mm F2.8.
Looks nice, but is quite difficult to develop because some areas are overexposed.
Overcast, cloudy sky gives the best lighting for taking flower photographs. This one seem to be taken in the mid-afternoon sun. Here is an attempt in RawTherapee 5.5.

@Thomas_Do: this is how I dealt with overexposure in RT:
My interpretation in Darktable 2.6.2. I tried to use some vignetting to draw the attention to the stuff that is in Focus. Also did some work on tone and saturation.
20180901_Moseltour_7108_Ernst.DNG.xmp (7.4 KB)Done with Filmulator, thanks to highlight recovery.
This was quite simple:
Highlight Recovery: 2
Exposure Compensation: -0.8333
White Clipping Point: 0.786
…and a 4:3 crop.
The magic of color propagation highlight reconstruction did the trick beautifully.
Simple is beautiful.
