PNG Imports but Renders with a Solid White Outline???

I have recently imported a PNG merged over a video and rendered. The PNG Continues to show a white line around it no matter what is done. However I also tried Tiff and that did the same thing. I am assuming there is a issue with the Render settings or Premultiply. I am not sure though as I have tried many different settings as well as changing my render video codec and type.

All in all the PNG or Tiff show fine in the view port but on render the show a white outline in the final video that is exported. Any thoughts?

So I figured it out computer needed a hard restart tried so many things but its probably best to restart after installing the software.
