used your image as a sample to test the blending of nind-denoise. Not much editing, just an X-H1 Astia LUT.

Using the basecurve tonemapper and contrast and texture modules in @Christian-B 's libre-DT fork…

Bit noisy zoomed in and I feel like the blue channel was blown in the white part of the nose so I used the Tone eq and blue channel to bring it down and balance out the white on the right side of the face…

Hello, I’m new here.
A few weeks ago I was made aware of the RapidRaw software (the project started in June 2025). Since then, I have been fascinated by how quickly this software is evolving.
Back to the picture:
As I said, edited with RapidRaw, basic settings only in “Basics”, then created a mask for “Schoena” and another for the rest of the image. I hope you like it.
The Sidecar file TZ5_3917.I was able to upload NEF.rrdata because there seems to be an upload filter.

Welche to the forum @Dieter!

@paperdigits would it make sense to whitelist .rrdata files for upload?

Nice challenge. Not often I will use three instances of denoise. I really tried to kill the noise!

Here is my darktable edit.
Exposure, Rotate, Crop, Denoise (Profiled), and the AgX DFS preset from my recent topic on using AgX as Digital Film Stock.

Thanks for the picture!
