Confirm there is still a bug in the 1.2.3 version available for download. Tried stacking 837 images and the difference is noticeable; 1.2.1 finished in 28 minutes, 1.2.3 was only about 25% complete when I force quit at 3 hours. Initially appears something with thread & memory allocation as a first difference, only half the allocatable memory was used in 1.2.3 vs 1.2.1. Despite showing 8 threads are available only appears to use 1 thread during stacking. Would love to help more to troubleshoot.
What OS do you use?
Latest MacOS 14.5 (23F79)
Hi,
Iām using Siril 1.2.2 under Linux Mint 21.3. Works perfectly, but the update for v1.2.3 is not working. Iām using as source the PPA information
deb [signed-by=/etc/apt/keyrings/lock042-siril-jammy.gpg] Index of /lock042/siril/ubuntu jammy main
Seems that v1.2.3 was not yet uploaded. Can you help?
Thanks
What you mean is not that 1.2.3 doesnāt work, but that itās not in the repository. Is that right? If so, thatās normal, because 1.2.3 doesnāt add anything to Linux compared with 1.2.2.
Yes, thatās it: v1.2.3 is not in the repository.
Just asked because I use Sirilic and its latest version 1.15.9 asks for Siril v1.2.3.
Not a problem, I just downgraded Sirilic for previous version 1.15.8 and everything is working fine.
Thanks
Fixed in the last build on the website. You should update.
