How about a simple facility which would let you put your name on an image at the point of outputting?
I like to put my name on the finished item but have to go into Gimp to do this. I appreciate it’s probably not appropriate to attempt font handling and all the complexity needed to write text in a defined area. But how about RT lets you place a simple bitmap anywhere you like over the image and on output, it gets incorporated. Since I typically resize to roughly the same size each time, once I’ve picked the font and made the bitmap (in Gimp say) , probably with a little dark background, it will work on most of my photos. No blending complications, 100% opacity, like the BBC do.
