Tool tips function of CTL Script is disabled in ART 1.21.2 [SOLVED]

In ART 1.21.2 (on both Linux and Windows), the tool tips function of CTL Script doesn’t seem to work. I would appreciate it if you could correct it.

For example, the script at the following link: Added tool tip to “Skew” parameter. Tool tip is no longer displayed in 1.21.2, but no error messages and the other features work fine.

Channel Reconstructor CTL Script

I made another CTL script, “Channel Reconstructor”. As usual its purpose is restoring damaged film scanned color images.
