Trying to figure out how to use pixel shift from A7CR

Out of ignorance and wild guesses thinking that RawTherapee might contain some of the same mistakes as ART had, I tried copying the camconst.json to the .config/RawTherapee/ directory. It did not help.

A patch was posted in the bug, but the poster could not test it due to insufficient RAM on his computer. Is there a version of this software available with the patch applied? I’ll test it if there is.

I created a pull request with make_arq support. Pull requests have pre-dev builds available as described in RawTherapee Pre-dev. Here’s a direct link to download the AppImage: https://github.com/Beep6581/RawTherapee/actions/runs/11228459526/artifacts/2027430288

I have just verified that it appears to be working now. Thanks. The disappointing thing is that even with a 16x pixel shift, the image does not quite capture all the detail from the original negative. The good news is that the original raw data for these negatives is available online if I can figure out how to translate the raw data into a reasonable image format.

Edit: The files are supposed to be photoshop RAW files that have had their extension changed to IMG, but I have not been able to open one after changing the extension back to RAW.
