There was a discussion here, Resynthesizer for Gimp v.2.10 - #13 by afre, where @rich2005 provided the binary and scripts for me. Unsure whether they are as up-to-date as what is on GitHub. If not, it would be great if someone were to build the latest for Windows, etc.,
