White balance and Color calibration after Update to DT4.0

Hello,
I am used to work with the color calibration module and the settings “modern” in the auto apply chromatic adaptation defaults preferences.
With the update from DT3.8.1 to DT4.0 all images edited with version 3.8.1 now show the error message: “White balance applied twice” in the white balance module and “white balance module error” in the color calibration module. The Tooltip says: “the white balance module is not using the camera reference”.
When I switch the settings from the white balance from user modified to camera reference the errors are gone. In Version 3.81. I do not have these error messages.
Is this so intentional and correct?

Seems to be a known issue. Why am I now getting white balance warnings?
