Hi, new here and very happy about all the information in the posts. I like Photography, especially birds and other nature. Long ago I worked as software developer and Linux Administrator (web related stuff). Now am working as physicist and recently made the switch back to Linux and cancelled Lightroom subscription. With the help of tutorials I am already getting quite good results with darktable.
I use Linux Mint (seemed to be easier for me with Nvidia GPU) and darktable 5.2.1 (just upgraded). Although sceptic about AI, I am interested in denoising images and trying to get nind-denoise running. It works, but there are still some problems with exposure and double-cropping. So I will perhaps ask some questions relating to this or tell what helped me, to get rid of the problems if I find a solution by myself.
But also interested in other topics.
