Just some one with an idea to create settings or new function , to achieve art images with moving background lights who can be created / used in gimp / photoshop or other image software. The reason why i do this now? because the time is right… so as a newbie , here , i will find my way pretty soon. People who like to make reaction that are off topic will not be answered. Or will be asked to stay on topic.
