3 problems with new RT 5.1 (output, config)

Hello. Sorry my English is not so good.
I have three problems with new RT 5.1 (Version: 5.1-23-g58b3ed7c)

Can’t change output folder

When I del a couple of files in Browser (and empty bin) they still in hdd
When change from Single Editor Tab Mode to Multiple - nothing happened - but - close Rawtherapee, open, close … end - it’s change
Same problem with: RT 5.1, RT 5.1-21, RT 5.1-23
Rawtherapee 5.0-r1-gtk3 - works fine
My config:
AMD FX8320, 8GB RAM, 2xSSD 256GB, AMD RX470 Windows 10 Pro (clean - reinatalled 27.05)

I believe it is expected and necessary to restart the application when switching from single to multi tab editor mode.

Switching from SETM to METM works fine here in 5.1-23 without restart of RT.

“Nie mozna wyswietlic zawartosci katalogu” = “Cannot show folder contents”. First time I’ve seen this.
Deleting files works fine. How did you delete yours, and white type of files were they?
Changing SETM to METM is instant.

Did you install 5.1 on a clean system? If not, close RT and delete your options file.

This error shows when I try change folder second time.
Files from Canon (CR2) - Browser - move to trash - Ctrl+T - Permanently delete files from trash
Now it works.
But RT 5.0-rc1 not work…change output folder .aaaaaaaaaa!!
System Windows 10 - clean install 27.05.2017 (for RT )

So deleting files works fine, changing SETM<->METM works fine, but you still get the “Cannot show folder contents” error the second time you click “Save to folder” using 5.1?

Ok. Maybe I have found a solution. Problem is in a path to my output folder:
D:\Obróbka\Out (specifically letter “ó”) - when I change this letter output folder is accepted. Even I use letter’s “żź”

@McMelassa please explain exactly how to reproduce this problem, step by step, every click.

You click on “Zapisz do katalogu”, then you click on the combobox, then what do you click on? And when exactly does this popup appear?

Menu list
Find my folder (with “ó” in path)
Click “Wybierz folder”
In this field is “BRAK” (“None”)
