Hi, I am thinking of using Siril purely for spectroscopy (it’s been recommended!) but I dont see a 32-bit version. My laptop is an old machine, in the observatory, which I use to record visual variable star observations using self-written software. In fact it’s windows XP!! Is there a 32-bit, or otherwise compatible version I could use on this laptop?

Spectroscopy? This seems strange, since Siril doesn’t do spectroscopy.
Did you mean photometry?
No. We don’t compile Siril for 32-bit platforms. And even if you could do it yourself, I’m not sure that version would be very stable.
OK, at least I know where I stand! So, no need to take this any further, thanks for your replies.
I’m not sure we can build for windows XP. I remember I tried building a 32 bit version for windows at some point, windows 7 I think, and I failed. It did not build or work for a reason I did not understand, while I’ve been using the 32 bit version on linux for ages.
