It snowed!
A rare thing in my town and normally only short lived. So today while driving to work I decided that I would take a picture of whatever nice scene I could find.
So I stopped the car at one of the classic sightseeing chruches and did a long exposure, jumped back on the car and drove off. I did notice that there was a nice transition of the natural sky to the sky illuminated by the city, but wasn’t sure if that would translate to the image. Later I stopped at another place shot something else and actually developed the other image first, Then I just copied the processing (RT) to this image, including the 16:9 crop and was surprised that it actually looked much better than I had expected.
Did some minor adaptions and done!
Here’s the result done in RT. I only toned down the two bright lamps on the left image side in Gimp as they were bright yelllow.
