I am bloody jealous. I love skiing but don’t get much chance for a decent ski where I live.

Usually at this time of the year, there should be snow in Wengen at almost 1300 m (your second last picture, first post). So it has been unusually warm there as well

Well is that unusual in the meantime? Unfortunately last year it looked the same. This year the temperature was the minor problem. The main problem this year is, that the winter was by far too dry. Anyway, the last two days, it’s very warm and the water from the sky comes more as rain than as snow, that’s why we are not on the slope at the moment.
