I’m not so sure. While the points she raises are indeed all valid, I don’t really see a learning effect. She is ranting about Instagram and social media the hyped looks of photos on those platforms and and the performance pressure these bring.
But still she is using Instagram and is just putting more effort in Youtube. Isn’t that a bit bigoted. I would have thought, that the conclusion is to stay away from social media.

It’s her workplace after all, I think it’s well within her right to criticize what she thinks is wrong as long as she does not participate in those practices, which also seems to be the case. I don’t see the problem

I agree, you don’t pick up your toys and go home but rather engage and try to demonstrate another way to do things …hopefully your own unique way😁

I generally agree with her points, other than her singling out Instagram. IG definitely has bad effects, but a lot of the changes they have made in the last few years were in reaction to TikTok. TT was eating IG’s lunch. Social media as a whole tends to drive negative trends.
