hello I wanna suggest a feature. i would like to see a rgb/glitch filter I think it would be pretty cool if there was a glitch filter for the next update.

@bergson_45 it is also good to know that if you have a suggestion of feature you can report this to gitlab on: GNOME / GIMP · GitLab
Remember to be descriptive when sending requests to the gitlab issues list since it helps to understand the request a bit more.
