Having some time off from work and having fun with some raw processing.
Here is a retro analog negative look from Kodak. I feel that sometime we should embrace the burned highlights, and let them burn bright. Life is already hard enough. :grin:

I really like using the film simulation feature in RawTherapee. It helps me a lot to get the vibe I’m going for. I don’t know how to do it manually, but I’m curious to learn the secret someday.
This time, I used “Polaroid 690 Warm 1–”

Great picture!
I used Filmulator to produce three different exposures (-1 to +1 EV) which I blended with Enfuse. Then into GIMP where I used my luminosity mask plug-in to squeeze a little more contrast out of the darker parts, hopefully without overdoing it so as not to distract from the overall effect.
