About "white balance" module

Hello to all,

the other day i was just playing with the basic modules of DT to learn the basics of DT , as i am a regular RT and LR user on windows and I was trying DT on windows from the Partha’s build.
To my surprise when adjusting the white balance of an image using the white balance module’s temperature slider, the image becomes more warmer ( yellowish) when temperature increases ,it should have been the the other way round. Higher the temperature cooler the image (bluish).
What is happening here ? Can somebody help me here?

As far as I know the difference stems from adjusting the source color temperature vs destination color temperature. There were tweaks to this in 2.0. Are you on 2.0?

@Jonas_Wagner, Yes I am on version2.0 of DT on Windows. Thanks for the early reply and, I Don’t know anything like source and destination concept here.

The reason is that you are not setting the temperature of the image but the compensation, so it’s just the other way round. Nothing to worry about.
