I like this one, not all the colours in the original are pastel, so it’s nice to see them bright.
Nice image and thanks for the upload, it was interesting working on a Google Pixel image. Here is my take using RT 5.10 RC1.
Not a simple edit, but I mainly used ColorBalanceRGB to desaturate the entire image, then I made a second instance of ColorBalanceRGB to mask the blue sky and recover the saturation, there. dt 4.6.1

This is a Google Pixel file… DT corrects it using the gain map automatically, in RT you should go to flat field and click on use meta data… you get a nicely balanced and corrected image to start with and the heavy vignette is handled as if you were using a lens correction… just a tip for RT users editing DNG files from Pixel and some other cell phones…
Thank you, Todd! I didn’t know, good feature!

(actually not sure which image is better)
Ya I wasn’t suggesting that it would necessarily enhance the pastel part of the edit but it does remove the strong vignette and I think it makes some other corrections using the gainmaps.
There are a couple of threads here on the forum if you or others are interested…
Thank you Todd! Of course you are right! It is just a tool. I think this is a good instrument, and it is good to know that this feature exist!
And thank you for link to threads, it was new and interesting for me!
It’s not what OP wants: pastel colours, but this is a different perspective of what the “composite” and “canvas enlargement” modules can also do:

Greetings!
Didn’t need to do much. The camera caught the colours very well. For me pastel colouring is muted, but distinct colouring, something like the paintings of John Constable. My effort here was to bring out the colours, not make them too bright or harsh, but at the same time remain distinct. A little tweaking here and there was all I needed to do.

Oops, I did it again… a second edit. It’s kinda satifsfying to work with a pastel color palette

Tried to keep it high key, low contrast, uniform and muted saturation … and in a pleasing color palette.
Thought the yellow was a little too ‘bright’ so have tried to subdue it a bit. Here is my 2nd attempt

Severely overexposed Kodak Vision3 50d, giving pastel colors.

I like the sky color in this a lot!
