I have never tried color noise before. Let me poke around and see if I can come up with something.

Sorry, I cannot figure out how to add fake color noise to clean image. You best bet would be to underexpose the image and push the exposure compensation to get sensor noise.
If you are trying to accentuate some existing noise, try 'contrast level by detai’l and increase the finest contrast.
