Adding custom print size to darktable

I’m using darktable 5.0.1 on Mac Mini M4 with MacOS Sequoia 15.4.1

The documentation says to find the Custom paper size and then adjust the settings. But there is no Custom choice in the dropdown list.

Can anyone suggest an alternative way to accomplish this? I need A3+ size (19 inches by 13 inches), which is rather commonly used. A3 is not even in the list, though it is the maximum size for several popular printers.

I had a look in the darktable manual and couldn’t see anything about that.

The paper sizes come from the printer driver, so that’s where you should be looking. There’s no way to define or change them from within darktable.

I can’t speak to paper size, but you can specify height and width ratios within the crop module and even create your own custom settings. The manual provides the details
