I’ve been playing with the AI image tagging in Digikam. I love the idea, but is there a way to update the pre-trained models with images from our own catalogs? The AI seems to get several things wrong, and doing user specific training on top of the pre-trained models should result in a higher accuracy rate. I’ve had flocks of geese tagged as an alligator, and other fun mislabeled images. To prove my point, I present to you an unedited image of an armadillo (according to Digikam AI).
